About Us

Inner Dimensions is a Silicon Valley based coaching and consulting firm
located in Los Altos, California and dedicated to your success. We offer
coaching and consulting services at the professional and personal levels.

Our professional programs address corporate communication issues
impacting our increasingly globally dispersed workforce, and project
management training and issues resolution utilizing our PM Foundation
Series and Specialty Workshops along with our PM Intervention and
Implementation Program.

Our personal programs reach out to those of us facing a life status change
which could include newly divorced or retired, career transitions, parenting
and empty nesters.

Additionally, we offer a holistic nutrition program addressing health through
food, exercise, and lifestyle. We look at such issues as weight
management, food planning and preparation, and kitchen makeovers. Our
approach is through our organic and whole foods system, NFS (Natural
Food System).
