NFS (Natural Foods System)
There are a plethora of commercial diets available today.  How is anyone to know and understand what diet might work for
them?  Most of these diets address what types of food they'd like you to eat - including their own - and how much of it you should
eat.  What very few of these diets address are one simple fact that will lead to long-term success in weight management and
overall personal health.
 Quality of food cannot be dismissed.  

So let's talk about it.

While, in general, we will spend an untold amount of dollars on the type of gas we put into our cars, or the clothes that we wear
each day, we are less concerned (much less concerned) in regard to the foods that we put into our bodies.  We put
convenience ahead of health often without realizing the resulting consequence to our quality of life.  There has been study after
study that now shows us that SAD (Standard American Diet) is the basis and cause for chronic disease such as Type II
Diabetes, Arthritis, and even Alzheimers.

We recommend our
NFS (Natural Foods System) which provides a well-rounded diet based on organic, whenever possible,
whole foods and natural supplements.  This system is adapted from the Eating4Health Model originally created by Dr Edward
Bauman of Bauman College.

After 20+ years, I resigned from a successful corporate career and enriched my life with the addition of  holistic
